Our Story
STRATA AMC Private Limited was incorporated in 1995 to align the aspirations of the partners to form a boutique firm offering specialized business & real estate services underpinned by professionalism and local market knowledge.
Today we have several associate partners working out of our office, contributing their input on local and overseas property assignments and yet remain in close contact to share information and experiences of the markets. One of our shared views is to encompass as many disciplines as possible in our advisory to clients. We believe the client is entitled to be fully alerted to the circumstances and risks relating to any real estate undertaking and that there are optional solutions to address them.
Over the years, we built a strong network of clients – homeowners, investors, property developers and private funds which we offer on a very exclusive basis. We are pleased to mention that most of them have sought our services again to act for them on real estate matters. In essence we build our service business by developing and maintaining affable working relationship with clients through good advisory and brokerage services.
